二獎（4萬元）與頭獎末7碼相同；三獎（1萬元）與頭獎末6碼相同；四獎（4000元）與頭獎末5碼相同；五獎（1000元）與頭獎末4碼相同；六獎（200元）與頭獎末3碼相同。
萊爾富本期開出一組特別獎新台幣1000萬元，幸運兒在萊爾富桃縣觀音店，僅花費125元購買1包菸品，便喜從天降，抱走千萬大獎。
全家便利商店本期開出1組特別獎1000萬元，消費者在高雄天誠店購買麻辣燙等4項餐飲商品，僅花費154元就幸運中大獎。
